PROBLEM

MLB's ticketing tool has been touched for a very long time. In addition, we were in the middle of CMS migration and leveraged this opportunity to optimize the ticket experiene for our 30 club ticket admins.

SOLUTION

Led internal interviews with our ticketing team to better understand their workflow. New designs emphasized core features to compliment common happy paths to help minimize learning curve fatigue and make it scalable for all 30 baseball clubs.
